Founder & Executive Director
Mrs. Ashley Scott is the founder and Executive Director of Creative Minds Solutions, Inc. She has worked in education for nearly two decades. She has served in many capacities and critical roles both at the
Florida Department of Education and at Leon County Schools.
As the Executive Director of Creative Mind Solutions, Inc. , Mrs. Scott developed the Facebook Group Creative Weekend Planning. It is through this group that she launched at home activities, parent resources, and informative interviews to assist parents in their learners educational endeavors. The group Creative Weekend Planning now has over 800 followers.
Through Creative Weekend Planning, she launched a free educational podcast called “Creative Breaks Live” with experts in financial literacy, preschool through 12th grade education, travel, college and career readiness, entrepreneurship, the arts, health and wellness.
Mrs. Scott has been featured on podcasts, in the news and within magazines reaching the world.

Here locally, Mrs. Scott has been instrumental in writing, developing and securing grant funding for several local non-profits. She has worked tirelessly and behind the scenes over the last few years to secure over $60 million in grant funding.
She has also worked to provide high quality Professional Development to support Early Learning and K-12 Public Education. Mrs. Scott has served as a speaker and trainer at statewide Educational conferences leaving standing room.
Mrs. Scott is the owner of Oxford Learning Academy (OLA). OLA provides innovative, instructional savvy and data driven preschool services. OLA also collaborates with other entities to lay a solid educational foundation for preschool families.
Mrs. Scott serves on the Florida State University Educator Preparator Advisory Board. In 2021, Mrs. Scott was named one of the Top 25 Women You Need to Know (In Tallahassee, FL).
